As such, any party agreeing with Bayland Technologies, Inc. agrees that the terms of the contract are to be construed in accordance with Texas law and agrees that any litigation shall be filed in Houston, Harris County, Texas.

All refurbished products and services performed are done by Bayland at bayland facilities. Products are not manufactured or refurbished by the manufacturer unless otherwise specified.

Warranties on all items, new or refurbished, are provided exclusively by Bayland.

Bayland sources "NEW" inventory items through different marketplaces.

Items sold may not be sourced to you directly from the manufacturer.

Bayland honors a 14-day Return Guarantee on all new items as well as refurbished products
